Connecting Veterans and families
with our services

Our team of OIF/OEF Veterans reaches out to former and active service members, families and communities who have been impacted by deployment- or combat-related stress and/or traumatic brain injury and connect them with our Program’s services.

What we do:

  • We connect Veterans and families to the Program’s most appropriate services;

  • We seek opportunities to educate the public about deployment- and combat-related stress and traumatic brain injury;

  • We collaborate with other Veteran Service Organizations to overcome any barriers to connecting Veterans and their families with the right services;

  • Collaboratively, we tirelessly work to reduce the stigma associated with deployment- and combat-related stress both locally and nationally;

  • We connect volunteers with groundbreaking clinical studies in an effort to improve current treatments and outcomes.

Our team is available to answer your questions, explain more about Home Base, or discuss your interest in the Program.

You need somebody to assure you that it’s not abnormal. It’s not abnormal to have difficulty sleeping. It’s not abnormal to be jumpy at loud sounds. It’s not abnormal to find yourself with mood swings at seemingly trivial matters. More than anything else, just to be able to say that out loud.
